For Builders Only
What do you want from your low voltage subcontractor? Lots of things come to mind; including happy clients, technology that works reliably, competent project management...
I think the single most important thing is time. Specifically your time. How can we do our job in a way that requires less of your time, and guarantees a desirable outcome for all parties.
Here are the things that ESC does to work toward this goal:
~Respond quickly to your emails, phone calls, and texts.
~Get it right the first time.
~Clearly communicate project status and issues to you and the other trades in a timely manner.
~Proactively solve problems instead of finger pointing.
~Offer creative solutions to issues that arise.
~Provide thorough documentation of device locations, change orders, rack elevations, and anything else other trades need to efficiently do their jobs right the first time.
Here are the things that ESC doesn't do:
~Leave messes at the job site. (We clean up after ourselves whether someone is watching or not).
~Upsell your clients to the system of our dreams.
~Put our scheduling needs above yours.
Thanks for taking time to read this.
