For-Interior-Designers-Only

Designers and A/V guys are natural enemies. A/V guys come from a background of large wood-grained vinyl boxes, components stacked on concrete blocks, and a tangle of wires that would make a rat colony proud. We used to think a Velvet Elvis was cool. We dress funny too.

Somewhere along the transition from A/V nerd to systems integrator we learned who was boss. It wasn't us. Consequently, our industry has developed into a valuable resource for interior designers. We understand how to provide for their client's technology needs while maintaining their vision of a beautiful home.

ESC has a plethora of technology items that are designed to conceal, blend, and enhance your designs. Here are a few:

~motorized mechanisms by Future Automation that move TVs out of sight when not in use.
~Really flat Samsung TVs that look like a picture in a frame on the wall and display actual artwork when not being used as a TV.
~Speakers by Sonance that are invisible when installed. Really, you can't see them at all.
~Lighting control that creates custom scenes to enhance the beauty of a room.
~Lighting keypads by Lutron that replace multiple gangs of switches with a single-gang keypad available in a variety of designer finishes.

~Motorized shade materials that are gorgeous, with hundreds of styles waiting for your expert selection to enhance the decor. We carry Lutron, Crestron, and Hunter Douglas shades.
~Luxury lighting fixtures from DMF and Ketra that are beautiful and provide color temperature control to mimic the Circadian Rhythm of natural light.

If you don't have a systems integrator on your team that creatively integrates technology with your design skills, please give us a call. We love to collaborate. We also offer lunch & learn courses that qualify for ASID CEUs. Some of them qualify for HSW credit as well.
