ESC has become a dealer for DMF lighting, an innovative manufacturer of light fixtures. Many of them are available as tunable white fixtures, allowing an adjustable range of color temperatures. Historically, lamps were available at fixed color temperatures that ranged from warm to cool. You made your choice at the time of purchase and that was it. If you bought a warm fixture and later wanted a cooler color temperature, you had to replace the lamp. With these tunable fixtures you can change them to any temperature within two different ranges (4000K – 1800K or 6500K – 2700K). Their new Artafex line gives you the flexibility of changing to different types of lamps that all fit the same rough-in bracket, an industry first.
