We have a nice freshwater fish tank in our office. It's easy to take for granted the soothing look of a tank full of fish, habitat, and scenery. I talked to the man who takes care of the tank and found there is more regular maintenance required to keep a balanced ecosystem than I knew. 

Similarly, our integrated electronic systems require regular checkups, software updates, and occasional trouble shooting and repair. We are implementing service contracts through a company named OneVision that provides faster response times and better tracking of service requirements. They perform triage on service requests and quickly transfer the client's issue to the best personnel to handle them. They are on call 24/7 and their response time is typically less than an hour. The service contracts come in various cost levels and most of them include yearly checkups. Like the fish tank, regular maintenance ensures a satisfying experience with our technology installations.
